Taking Care of Mom Matters Too

Self-care doesn't always mean a spa day, a weekend away, or hours of uninterrupted alone time.

Sometimes self-care looks like taking a breath.

Sometimes it means asking for help.

Sometimes it means saying no.

And sometimes it means giving yourself permission to do absolutely nothing for a few minutes.

At Tired As A Mother Club, we believe self-care should fit into real motherhood—not an unrealistic version of it.
